Terms of service

Welcome to Quotees. These terms apply to your use of the-quotees.com and purchases from Curved Sphere Digital LLC (“Quotees”, “we”, “us”). By placing an order you agree to them.

1. Who can buy. You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian's permission. We sell and ship to addresses in the United States only.

2. Products and colors. Each item is printed to order. Colors on your screen may differ from the printed shirt because of screen settings and printing processes, and fabric dyes vary slightly by batch. Print placement and size may vary slightly. Sizing is described on each product page; please check it before ordering. These normal variations aren't defects.

3. Prices and payment. Prices are in US dollars (USD). Currently every shirt is $29.99 with free US shipping for now. Sales tax, where applicable, is added at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we don't see or store your card number. We may change prices at any time, but never for an order already placed. If we make an obvious pricing error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

4. Orders. Your order is accepted when payment succeeds and we send a confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel orders (for example, suspected fraud, out-of-stock items, or pricing/product errors), and will refund you in full if we do.

5. Shipping, returns, cancellations. These are governed by our Shipping, Returns & exchanges, and Cancellations pages, which are part of these terms.

6. Intellectual property. The quotations on our shirts are texts we understand to be in the public domain in the United States. The designs, artwork, layouts, logo, name and site content are ours (or used with permission), and you may not copy or use them commercially without written permission. Buying a shirt gives you the shirt, not rights to the design.

7. Using the site. Don't misuse the site: no attempts to break, overload or scrape it, or to use it unlawfully.

8. Disclaimers. The site and products are provided “as is” to the extent allowed by law, without warranties beyond those required by law.

9. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Quotees' total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Some states don't allow certain limits, so these may not apply to you.

10. Governing law and disputes. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

11. Privacy. See our Privacy policy.

12. Changes. We may update these terms; the version posted when you order applies to that order.
