Shipping

We ship across the United States, and for now shipping is free.

Every Quotees shirt is printed just for you, so nothing sits on a shelf waiting. Here is how it goes.

Where we ship. The United States only, for now. We can't deliver outside the US yet.

What it costs. Nothing, for now. Shipping is free on every US order.

How long it takes. Two steps:

1. Printing: your shirt is printed and packed to order in about 2-5 business days.
2. Delivery: once it leaves the print facility, standard US delivery typically takes about 3-4 business days.

So most orders arrive in roughly 5-9 business days after you order. These are estimates, not promises: busy seasons, weather and carrier delays can add time. Business days exclude weekends and US holidays.

Tracking. When your order ships, we email you a tracking number and link. If you don't see it within a week of ordering, check your spam folder, then write to us at harshal.quotees@gmail.com.

Wrong or incomplete address. Please double-check your address at checkout; we ship exactly where you tell us.

• If you notice a mistake right after ordering, email us immediately. If production hasn't started we can often fix it or cancel (see Cancellations).
• If a carrier can't deliver because the address is wrong or incomplete, the parcel returns to the print facility. We will contact you to confirm the right address, and we will reship once at no extra charge if you reply within 30 days. After that, or for repeat reships, the order may be refunded less shipping.
• Parcels can't be redirected after they have shipped.

Lost or stuck packages. If tracking shows no movement for an extended time, or your package is late past the estimate, email us. Lost-in-transit parcels are reshipped or refunded. Please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

Packages marked “delivered” but not found. Check with neighbors and your building's mail area first, then contact us; we'll do our best, but carriers' delivery scans are final in some cases.

Multiple items. An order can be split into more than one parcel; you'll get tracking for each.

Duties and taxes. US orders only, so no import duties. Sales tax, where it applies, is calculated at checkout.
